We’ve built our packages around that range - so you can pick what fits where you are right now, without paying for what you don’t need.

If you’re not sure which one is right, start with The Check-In. It’s the lowest-risk way to see how we work, and it’ll give you a clear sense of what would actually help you on your path. Or if you would prefer a little DIY with a some structure, our downloadable templates and job search guides will get you started in an afternoon.

No contracts, no auto-renewals (except The Momentum, which is a subscription by design). You can also grab a single item à la carte if you just need one thing done.  

The Check-In

A quick look at your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn - all together, side by side.

What’s included:

  • A line-by-line look at all three, with notes on what’s working and what might be quietly holding you back

  • A short list of specific changes you will make on your own - the kind that actually move the needle

  • Delivered to your inbox, so you can work through it at your own pace

Who it’s for: You’ve got a decent resume but feel something is off. You’re not sure if it’s the format, the story, or the font. You’d like a review before you invest more time or money.

What it’s not: A rewrite. You’ll be doing the editing, we’re just pointing you in the right direction. If you’d prefer to talk it through, The Strategic Check-In adds a 15-min conversation. If you prefer us to handle the edits, The Refresh is the next step.

What’s included:

  • Everything in the Check-In

  • A 15-minute call where we review the notes together, so you can ask questions and work through any “what ifs”

  • A sense for which changes matter most, so you can focus your energy where it counts and feel prepared

Who’s it for: You’re between “I need feedback” and “I need a full rewrite”. You want to understand why something isn’t landing before you commit to a bigger investment. A little conversation goes a long way.

What it’s not: A rewrite. You will still do the editing, but you’ll have a clear picture of exactly what to do. If you prefer us to handle the edits, The Refresh is the next step.

The Refresh

We take what you already have and help it tell a better story.

What’s included:

  • A full rewrite of your resume - same content, better structure, tone, and impact

  • An updated cover letter

  • A refreshed LinkedIn headline, summary, “About” section

  • One round of revisions

Who’s it for: Your resume is a couple of years old, or you’ve shifted into a new role or industry and the old one doesn’t quite fit anymore. The foundation is solid; it just needs a fresh coat of paint.

What it’s not: Starting over. We’re working with what all that you’ve given us. If your history is a little bit more complex than a standard format can handle, Starting Fresh might be the better fit.

The Strategic Refresh

The Refresh, plus a conversation about where you’re headed.

What’s included:

  • Everything in The Refresh

  • A 30-minute call to talk through your next few months - the roles you’re aiming for, the companies that make sense, and how to think about the narrative tying it all together

  • A note on whether a specific target role might call for a slightly different version of your resume

Who’s it for: You have a sense of what you want next but could use help connecting the dots. You want the document polished and a rough map on how to use it.

What it’s not: Ongoing support. Once the deliverables are in your hands and the call is complete, you’re all set to run with it. If you’d like us around for a while longer, The Momentum is built for that.

Starting Fresh

We build your resume from the ground up.

What’s included:

  • A full resume from scratch - we start with a 45-minute conversation (or a detailed questionnaire, if that’s easier)

  • A custom cover letter

  • A LinkedIn profile built or revised from the one you already have - new headline, summary, experience, skills, and featured section

Who it’s for: Your work history doesn’t fit neatly into a standard resume. Maybe there are a few short stints, a gap or two, a career change, or some time away. We’ll find a format that does the story justice.

What it’s not: A rewrite. We’re not patching the old one - we’re building a new one that works for your particular path. If you’d like a longer conversation about direction, Strategic Starter adds a 60-minute phone session.

THE FULL STORY

Everything all at once, with us around for a little while after.

What’s included:

  • A full resume rewrite (from scratch or a heavy revision - whichever make more sense)

  • Two 30-minute calls - one to get started, one a few weeks in to see how things are going

  • One month of email access - if a posting catches your eye, send it over and we’ll tell you whether your resume is a fit for it, and what (if anything) to adjust before you submit the application

  • One Q&A session where we focus and rehearse the answers you’ll wish you’d had ready, before the interview

Who it’s for: You’ve been searching for your next role for a while, the pattern is starting to show, and you could use a full reset - the documents, the story, and a little support while you get back into the rhythm.

What it’s not: A guarantee. No one can promise you a job, but we can make sure your materials aren’t the thing standing in your way. If you’d like ongoing support beyond the first month, The Momentum is built for that.

Starting Fresh, plus a longer conversation about what comes next.

  • A 60-minute session to talk through where you are, where you’d like to be next, what might be in the way, and a rough 90-day plan

  • We’ll help you narrow the roles you’re considering down to a shortlist to start with, and determine how and why they’re a fit for your story

Who’s it for: You’re not just looking for a better set of documents. You’re still figuring out what you actually want, and it helps to have someone to think it though with while the resume takes shape.

What it’s not: Ongoing coaching. It’s one thoughtful yet strategic session and set of deliverables. After that, you’re the one running the plan - and that’s how it should be.

THE MOMENTUM

We stay in your corner while things are in motion. You have support for the next 3 months.

What’s included:

  • Unlimited resume and cover letter edits as your target shifts - new industry, new title, new city, we’ll adjust

  • Cover letters tailored to the roles you’re applying to - send us the posting, we’ll craft it so it fits

  • A 15-minute strategy call every two weeks - not just “how’s it going?”, but a real look at what’s working, what isn’t, and whether the plan needs adjusting

  • Email access between calls, so you’re never stuck waiting

  • LinkedIn profile touch ups when something changes - new role to add, rewrite of your summary that no longer fits, a featured section that needs refreshing

What it feels like: You send a posting for review, get a fast response. No re-explaining. We know your story.

Who it’s for: You’re still in the search. It’s taking longer than you expected, and you’re adjusting & going in circles. You’d rather have someone who knows your story, tells you the truth when something isn’t landing, and doesn’t make you start from zero.

What it’s not: A one-time project. It’s a subscription. If you just need one document sorted out, The Refresh or Starting Fresh is probably all you need.

We’ve tried to think of everything. If there’s a specific combination we haven’t covered, you can alway pick individual services and build your own.

The packages are built around how the pieces work together - a resume, a cover letter, and a LinkedIn profile that all tell the same story. Most clients that come to us saying “I just need a cover letter” end up realizing the resume and LinkedIn require an update.

Grab what you need, skip what you don’t. No minimums, no “buy the resume first”.

If you only need one thing, the à la carte is there. If you need more, the packages handle it.
